The use of load-cells allow recording of applied pressures; whether correctly tensioning stay wires or a
safe working load. In this photo a "clock" type of load-cell is being used to firstly apply a safe working load
pressure. Once this is satisfactorily achieved the equipment is tested to the additional proof load.
