Associated Antennas comprises multidisciplinary professionals with the necessary experience, expertise and capability to successfully plan, manage and deliver a wide range of projects - from a simple refurbishment project, to a complex new build, or even an infrastructure replacement project on a working site.

We are able to assist our clients with all phases of the typical project delivery process:

Project Initiation – defining the project, its processes and deliverables.
“Feasibility Studies” and “Bids and Proposals” preparation.
Conceptual Design, leading into Scheme Design - prior to contract placement.
Detailed Design following the contract being awarded.
Construction – including not only the management of the physical processes on site, but the management of the complete supply chain process, Health & Safety management on site, subcontractor management etc…
Integration, Testing, Commissioning – ensuring the resulting system not only functions correctly but meets the clients needs and requirements.
Closeout – the writing of comprehensive and detailed reports into the project’s process and deliverables.

Our Project Management flexibility does not just apply to complete “turn key” projects, we are also able to assist a client at any stage throughout the project lifecycle as required.

We have also gained an enviable reputation within the industry for our fault finding and troubleshooting skills, and the successful rescue of projects that were “heading in the wrong direction”.

We can provide both the typical remote Project Management services where the Manager is only on site as is deemed necessary (thus minimising the clients costs) or alternatively if required the Manager can be located “on site” for the duration of the project.

As with all our services the project manager can be included as a complimentary addition to an Associated Antennas team.
