I am pleased to recommend the services of Mr. Fawthrop in all aspects of antenna rigging and associated structural maintenance and construction. He enjoyed full employment from 1995 to 2003, when unfortunately due to changes within the Company he was made redundant.

During his time with us he was employed on a broad range of tasks requiring a high level of competence in various skills. At the time of his employment CSA Ltd worked around the world on a large variety of projects. Mr Fawthrop worked on many of these in a variety of capacities:

  • Supervisor of riggers and engineers engaged in a variety of tasks worldwide.
  • The full supervision of the dismantling, construction, rebuilding and maintenance of a wide variety of; antenna systems, cable and waveguide, self-supporting and guyed structures: both MOD and commercial.
  • Responsible for carrying out maintenance of HF and MF installations worldwide.
  • Able to work under demanding time constraints in remote locations far from conventional support and engineering facilities.
  • Primary development of installation and testing methods of PCN, GSM and UMTS.
  • Supervising and commissioning of PCN, GSM and UMTS installations and associated steelwork to the highest of QA standards for O2, T-Mobile, Vodaphone, Orange and Dolphin; working on Greenfield, rooftop and third-party structures.

Mr. Fawthrop left as Supervisor Rigger/Engineer with an exemplary record and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for future employment within the industry.
